ORDERING FROM US

Shipment & Delivery of the products ordered through our website will be taken up ONLY on receipt of 100% payment of the products as displayed on website. Receipt of payment means credit of payment made by any online buyer into PHV Health Products Pvt. Ltd.’s bank account. Customer will be communicated on receipt of payment into our bank account through an email or call.

Delivery time will be made as per our schedule depending on the brand and manufacturer status, customer choice delivery available time patterns.

Customer delivery time is available as per the slots given and available.

Customer agrees by ordering through our website that delivery van/ bike/ person will enter his premise with proper identification card to effect delivery of goods.

The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. The High Court of judicature at Mumbai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
