Replacement Policy

 If you receive our product in damaged/defective condition, kindly lodge a Request for replacement on our Toll-Free number 18002103020 or email us at info@phv.co.in

 Request through our Toll-Free number or request through email need to be lodged within 24 hours of receipt of consignment at your delivery location

 Any claim without request raised within 24 hours, will not be accepted for replacement

Refund Policy

 Refund will not be applicable once order is confirmed by Prime Health Ventures

Return Policy

 Return will not be applicable once order is delivered by Prime Health Ventures except for terms & conditions covered under Replacement Policy

Cancellation Policy
